Dropped off a generator for diagnosis/repair and even though they were booked out, they fitted us in and found/fixed the problem in one day. Not exactly cheap, but we were happy!

Can I give a NO STAR RATING, not sure why my partner went to you in the first instance, mower was with you for weeks ( apparently awaiting a part a very common part on a popular mower) with no communication regarding delay. Once it arrived and fitted went to collect and was told of a list of issues with this machine. Tried to up sell more parts, and told us the machine only runs for 2 seconds and cuts out. Well it wasn't doing this when we dropped it in and guess what I mowed the lawn for approx 20 minutes without it missing a beat over the weekend. Originally were told a five minute job to replace pull start as they have the correct machine/tool for doing this, $60 = 30 mins charged to replace. The parts total $37 Sundries $9.00 for what!!!!!!??????? Expensive and sales orientated. Won't be going back based on this experience. Remember ordering part 5+ years ago (previous owners?) still waiting for follow up regarding that one, went elsewhere sorted in a day.

We were informed by a couple of locals not to waste our time with Margaret River Mowers, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt.We dropped off a Stihl item for repair with a 2 week time frame due to work commitments and 10 days later we'd yet to see a quote nor any progress in relation to this repair (Staff said we would have a quote within a week of dropping off the item). As we had heard nothing from the shop and time was running out, I went to collect the item today (not repaired) and was informed that they had a work backlog of 2.5 weeks however they did not deem this important enough to communicate when the item was dropped off (....hold on why would they as it would impact on whether they would make the sale or not...) So now we are sitting here 10 days later still with an item that is unusable.Margaret River Mowers, All possible assistance, short of Actual help.
