Top marks to Beacon Equipment, Canningvale for their efficient, polite and professional customer service. Recently, I rang them to discuss my intended purchase of a Stihl lawn mower together with battery charger & battery from them to be delivered to my house. I am so amazed that Travis Limbrick has handled this transaction so well as a team with the receptionist, their accounts dept & delivery personnel that within 2 working days from my first phone call, the items I ordered were delivered to my doorstep with all the paperwork giving the quote, invoice, warranty & delivery options completed to my full satisfaction. Unless you are a regular/trade customer, don't expect any timely servicing. Sales and advice is what you would expect, reasonable servicing time frames for ‘Mr/Ms Average’ is not their forte. Regular and trade customers are provided priority ie they don’t have to wait in line like Mr/Ms Average. In the future, still happy to consider sales, but will never again consider servicing. I went local instead of my regular servicing agent and learned a valuable lesson. If you are happy to accept ‘extremely rubbery’ servicing time frames, they can definitely satisfy your needs. Two stars is for sales only.

We purchased a John Deere Gator HPX615E and are very pleased with it. It is a proper workhorse for a rural property and easy to use. The service we received from Paul Beacon was great. Delivery was delayed due to shipping delays outside of Pauls control. He provided delivery updates and responded quickly to any questions. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend this company.

Called in to check out getting a new whipper snipper.The service i received was outstanding, they helped getting me the right tool for the job and also gave me a free tank of fuel. i know its not much but its the little things that count. Ill never be going to the green shed again !
